Introduction

whipflash based on the most effective way to increase road safety by using a flashing brake light. Flashing brake light is considered the best method of drawing attention to the present traffic on emergency braking and other dangers.

The technology to detect the movement of the vehicle based on a twin-axle sensors which are integrated in a circuit. Measurements then mathematically calculated to next activate appropriate signals to the present road.

WF II series is built into a standard relay box for easy way to fit both in the automotive spare relay sockets and be attached with the supplied bracket.

WF II connects only to the supply voltage, which varies depending on WF II model. Thereafter, only the signal from the brake pedal and brake handle and outgoing signal to the brake light that is connected.
This is done through a few changes at the brake pedal switch to know when the brake pedal is pressed down.
If you want to use the governance of the warning indicator connected another cable that in most cases in modern vehicles only connects directly to a pipeline at the warning blinker switch in the vehicle.

Model-specific data

WF II-2WS is a specially designed model for motorcyclists which are considered as extremely risk in traffic. WF II-2WS is equipped with an extra feature that makes the brake light blinks rapidly for a few seconds when the brake handle is pressed to move to the next stable light. The feature can be used only by ten seconds in order to avoid abuse.

Detection by the twin-axle sensor is used to:

  • Collision detection: front, side

  • Hard and emergency braking

  • Automatic activation / inactivation of warning indicators

  • Sudden tilting (If motorcycle turn over)

Installation

WF II is slightly more complicated than in WF to install as it needs

mounted in a relay base, with the supplied bracket in the appropriate place.

WF II must be mounted standing straight up in order not to risk errors in motion sensing. In addition, any of the pages in line with the vehicle, therefore, may not

WF II rotated diagonally.

Then connect the desired lines and voltage is switched back on. If the brake light illuminates normally the installation is successful. Then run the vehicle up to about 50km/h which then a panic braking is done. WF II is then installed.

Depending on the EU legislation regarding flashing brake light, so use this model under its own responsibility. This model is equipped with a signal stick pin 7, which turns off the WF II-2WS. Brake with stable light work as usual.
This feature is useful if for some reason need to turn off the flashing brake light.
To turn off the WF II-2WS connects only pin7 to earth.
